CELEBRATE!

We often hear the expression, “The days are long, but the years are short.” At no time does this seem more true than when we’re approaching the end of the year. After navigating our day-to-day lives for eleven months, one day time starts speeding up and we begin asking family, friends, even strangers, “Where did the year go?”

Of course, there is no correct or clever answer to this. It just happens. This year, instead of wondering or worrying about how time flies, let’s focus on celebrating and appreciating whatever good came our way this year, in whatever form it arrived. As 2023 comes to an end, we at Axiom will be celebrating the special relationships we’ve developed with all of you.

May the coming year bring you much happiness and many more reasons to celebrate!

The Power of Play

Remarkable Rose is the true story of a girl growing up in one of the poorest communities in the world—Kibera, Kenya. Despite a culture that discouraged girls from getting an education and forbidding them to participate in sports, Rose found a way to persevere and pursue her dreams. In this book, she serves as a strong role model for all children, teaching them the joy, freedom and confidence that comes with play and participation. Lily Banning, an artist and Axiom client, illustrated Remarkable Rose. Click here to learn more about this inspiring project.

Should You Accept a Free Credit Lock?

A credit lock allows you to lock your credit file, helping to protect against identity theft and unwanted credit activity. If someone attempts to apply for credit in your name while your file is locked, you will be notified with an alert. If you have a lock, you can still easily allow lenders access to your report and then immediately lock it again—if you’re shopping for a home or car, for instance.
