July 2026 Newsletter

America 250 years, 1776–2026, with stars featuring the U.S. flag pattern and red, white, and blue confetti on a dark blue background.

Happy Birthday America!

Kentuckiana’s largest Fourth of July celebration returns to Waterfront Park, and this year they are celebrating America turning 250 years old.

The free event will feature an evening of family-friendly entertainment, live music, food and, of course, fireworks.

The fun begins at 5 p.m. with family activities, food trucks and live performances that celebrate the roots of American music. The event finale will be a glorious fireworks display over the Ohio River at 10 p.m.

If you’re celebrating another way or can’t be there in person, WHAS 11 will be live-streaming all the festivities.

We should also remember that the holiday commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The cherished document celebrates the core American principles of equality and the unalienable rights to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Be safe and have fun!

Habitat For Humanity Build

Axiom team members joined our partners, New Washington State Bank, to help with the recent Habitat for Humanity Build. Financial advisor Cullen Ebert and interns Casey Kaelin, Ben Seigel and Nathan Julius volunteered for this worthy effort. They kept busy patching holes and painting doors, window trim and the soffit. Our thanks to them for their hard work and contributions to this important community event.

Welcome to the Team

We are excited to welcome Garrett Huber to the Axiom team, as our newest Financial Paraplanner. He will officially come on board July 13. Garrett was a 2025 summer intern for us. Having a Ball

It was a fun night out at the soccer field for some Axiom fans of Lou City. Jac Scott Fitzpatrick, Sawyer Lillard, Cullen Ebert and their spouses cheered on the players as they challenged the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Unfortunately Lou City lost 0-2, but it was an exciting match and a great way to spend a summer evening.
