Financial Advisor, Retirement Plan Specialist
Cullen Ebert is the latest financial advisor to join Axiom. He graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. Upon graduation, Cullen moved to Cincinnati to take a job at PNC Private Bank. After two years, he had an opportunity to move back to Indiana and work at Raymond James, a financial services company.
While gaining valuable experience as a financial advisor, Cullen was always keeping an ear open for opportunities to further his career. He knew a lot of people who are Axiom clients, so he was familiar with the culture and work environment here—which he describes as “fantastic.” When Cullen saw Axiom was hiring, he applied right away.
As a Financial Advisor and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ (CRPS®) at Axiom, Cullen partners closely with both plan sponsors and participants within employer-sponsored retirement plans. He helps employers design effective retirement plans aligned with their organizational goals while guiding team members in understanding their accounts and investment strategies to stay on track for long-term financial success.
For Cullen, his position here is a dream job. “I know how involved Axiom is in the community and how well thought of Vaughan and the company are as a whole. I’m really excited to be a part of that.”
Cullen is married to his high school sweetheart. The two have actually known each other since they were 6 years old. The couple lives in Louisville with their daughter and their goldendoodle. In his free time, Cullen likes to play golf.

Biggest Hurdle you’ve Overcome
“Prior to coming to Axiom, I wasn’t where I wanted to be. I was able to take a step back and figure out what would suit me better, and this job was the answer to that.”
What are you Most Looking Forward to Learning?
“There are a lot of specialists here who I want to learn from. Watching how Vaughan navigates conversations, builds relationships and maintains trust are things I want to emulate in my own way.”
Where do you see Yourself 10-15 Years Down the Road?
“I would love to be a partner at Axiom. That is my number one goal.”
What are 3 Words to Describe You
“Funny. Easygoing. Positive.”
What Would you be doing if you Weren’t in this Business?
“When I was younger, I worked in manual labor for three summers on a seal coat and asphalt crew. I thought I would end up doing something on the management side of the construction industry.”

“I was once pulled out of the audience at a Cirque du Soleil performance and tossed up in the air.”
